For some customers, you may experience LGU checkpoints on your way to the dealership. Kindly be advised to have the necessary documents in your car (driver’s license, registration).
It is advisable to check with your navigation app for traffic updates and detailed directions, so you are in the dealership at the time of your appointment. You may see us on Google Maps, Waze, & Apple Maps.
When you come into Toyota Lucena, we have prepared the dealership to follow proper safety and health protocols.

Your vehicle will be disinfected before and after the actual service.
For Service appointments, only 1 customer per unit will be allowed while for Sales appointments, only 3 persons per visit will be allowed.
Only clients and customers from 21 – 59 years old can transact inside the dealership.
